Information about planned breedings, anticipated litters, puppy availability, coat colors, markings, size, temperament, and other expected characteristics is provided for informational purposes only.

A planned pairing does not guarantee a pregnancy, live litter, specific number of puppies, particular coat colors or markings, temperament, adult size, or puppy availability.

Breeding plans may change based on the health and welfare of our dogs and other circumstances.

Expressions of interest, applications, and waitlist participation do not guarantee acceptance into our program or placement of a puppy. A puppy placement is confirmed only in accordance with our written agreement and applicable policies.

3. Applications, Waitlists, and Application Fees

Prospective puppy families may be asked to submit an application and provide information to help us evaluate suitability for our breeding program.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, placement on a waitlist, or the opportunity to purchase a puppy.

Application fees, when required, are separate from puppy purchase prices and deposits unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Any applicable fee amount, purpose, and refund policy will be communicated before payment is accepted.

Payment of an application fee does not guarantee approval, waitlist placement, a puppy reservation, or a puppy purchase.

Waitlist procedures, application decisions, puppy matching, and placement are handled according to our program policies and any applicable written agreement.

4. Payments and Third-Party Payment Services

House of Shadowlight Havanese may accept application fees, deposits, and other authorized payments through third-party payment services, including Square, PayPal, or other designated platforms.

When using a third-party payment service, you may be subject to that provider's own terms, conditions, privacy policy, processing requirements, and fees.

Payment confirmation alone does not establish a puppy reservation or purchase agreement unless the applicable written agreement or our written confirmation provides otherwise.

Refunds, cancellations, application fees, deposits, balances, and other payment conditions are governed by the applicable written agreement and any refund policy disclosed before payment, subject to applicable law.

Please retain your payment receipts and written communications relating to your application or purchase.

5. Puppy Purchase Agreements

Puppy placements and sales may be governed by separate written puppy purchase agreements, health guarantees, deposit agreements, and other documents provided through electronic signature services or other applications.

Those agreements establish the specific terms applicable to the transaction, including, where relevant, payment schedules, refund conditions, health provisions, owner responsibilities, and placement requirements.

If a provision in a signed puppy purchase agreement conflicts with these general website terms regarding that particular transaction, the signed agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
